Memberships & Renewal FAQ


Q: What if I don’t want to come to matches like CONCACAF Champions League? 

A: If you do not wish to attend these matches you will be provided a timeframe to decline your tickets prior to a charge being processed on your account. If you do not decline the tickets, the payment for these matches will be automatically processed. Does not apply to Club Members.

Q: How can I add on tickets in the Supporters Section? 

A: Demand for Supporters Section memberships are extremely high and memberships have been sold out for quite some time. In the event that memberships become available, they will be extremely limited. Requests will be fulfilled based on tenure and subject to availability. In order to secure Supporters, you will need to first renew your current Membership. Non-renewed accounts will be ineligible for relocation. 

Q: How do I use my resale credit for my renewal? 

A: We will automatically apply your 2019 resale credit towards your 2020 renewal. 

Q: What if I want my resale credit to go into my bank account? 

A: If you wish to have your resale credit sent directly to you via check, please contact your Membership Service Representative and we will be happy to facilitate. 

Q: How do I cancel my membership? 

A: In order to cancel, you must speak directly to your Membership Services representative. If you select “cancel” via your Member Details email, you will be contacted by your Membership Services Representative. 

Q: When is the deadline to cancel? 

A: Friday, July 12th at 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time. 

Q: If I decide that I want to renew after filling out the cancellation form, how do I renew my membership? 

A: By cancelling your membership, you are forgoing your specific seating location. Should you change you’re mind, just contact your Membership Services Representative and they will let you know what locations are available. 

Q: Why can’t I upgrade / add seats / relocate right now? 

A: Our relocation period will occur in September. Our inventory will not be finalized until after the renewal process is completed. At that time, we will have a better idea of availability. 

Q: Why do I have to renew my current seats if I want to upgrade / relocate? 

A: As a membership benefit, renewed members will receive priority on the best available locations at Banc of California Stadium. Only renewed members who are current on a payment plan will be eligible for relocation. Please note, due to the high number of season memberships, we are unable to guarantee the ability to relocate, upgrade, or add to your current membership. 

Q: How do I upgrade? 

A: Please complete the add on / upgrade survey located in your account manager or contact your rep directly via phone or email. Keep in mind upgrades are subject to availability and the relocation period will occur sometime in September. 

Q: When does my payment run? 

A: Your first payment for your 2020 Membership will run July 15th. 

Q: Why am I unable to see my 2020 Season Invoice in my LAFC Account Manager? 

A: Your invoice will be available Monday, July 8th. The pricing in your 2020 Membership Details email reflects the pricing that you will see in your account manager. 

Q: How can I change / update my payment information? 

A: You can contact your member service representative to change your payment method at any time. Once your invoice is loaded into your account, you will be able to change your payment type through your account manager. 

Q: What additional benefits do I get with my LAFC membership?

Q: Will my parking pass automatically renew? 

A: Members who currently have season parking will be provided priority access to purchase parking for the 2020 season. These members will receive the right of first refusal to purchase in February, 2020. Following the priority offer to current members, additional Season Parking will be made available based on availability at Exposition Park. 

Q: How do I change my parking lot? 

A: You will have the option to choose from available lots at the time you receive the season parking offer for 2020.
