LAFC2 opened its MLS NEXT Pro regular season by defeating Minnesota United FC 2, 4-1, on Sunday afternoon at Titan Stadium in Fullerton, CA.
Midfielder Leo Flores capitalized on a first-half goalkeeping error to put the Black & Gold in the lead. Two second-half goals by newcomer Luis Müller, and one by Matt Evans, helped LAFC2 pick up its first win of 2024.
LAFC2 next takes on Houston Dynamo 2 at Titan Stadium on Sunday, March 24. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. PT and can be seen live on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV
