"The health and safety of our players, guests, and staff is our top priority. We have been hard at work developing protocols to ensure that everyone can have the best experience in the safest way possible. As the situation continues to evolve, we ask for the patience of all our guests as we continue to adapt to changing protocols and promise that we will communicate any and all updates as quickly as possible. While LAFC games may look different for the time being, we are thrilled to get back to the Banc."

- LAFC Co-President & CBO Larry Freedman

General Guidelines

Proper social distancing and mask protocols will be strictly enforced by LAFC staff. Guests’ movements on the concourse will be limited to entering and leaving the stadium, food and beverage order and pick up at designated locations, and access to bathrooms. In addition over 100 hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the stadium.

LAFC has also taken steps to incorporate contactless technology to enhance the guest experience, including mobile ticketing, digital parking passes, mobile ordering for food and beverage, and cashless transactions.

At this time, tailgating or any outside gathering within Expo Park is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.

Ticketed guests will enter the stadium via the Northwest, North, Northeast, and Southeast gates. Premium guests will enter the stadium through the North Grand Lobby. The South Grand Lobby will be closed due to public health protocols.

Face Coverings

To ensure your health and safety, Banc of California Stadium will require that guests wear a face covering at all times, with the exception of food and beverage consumption in-seat, unless otherwise specified. The mask must fully cover the nose and mouth. Guests may not remove masks to cheer or shout.

Social Distancing

Proper social distancing protocols will be strictly enforced by LAFC staff. Guests must maintain six feet of distance at all times.

Restrooms throughout the stadium have been outfitted to allow for maximum physical distancing and contactless use. Dedicated cleaning staff will service the restrooms regularly to disinfect surfaces with approved EPA products in accordance with county guidelines.

LAFC is excited to open our 2021 season by welcoming back our guests to Banc of California Stadium! To comply with public health guidelines, the Stadium’s capacity will be limited to allow for physical distancing and other protections.

Accordingly, at this time, only season ticket members will have access to LAFC tickets. We hope will resume single match ticket sales and increase stadium capacity as local, state and federal guidelines are updated.

Q: How many guests will be allowed at games?

We are working with Public Health officials to determine the exact number of safe, physically distanced ticketed seating we can provide for games.

Our goal is to provide an opportunity for everyone in our community to attend matches despite these unique circumstances.

Capacity for future games will be reviewed and potentially increased in accordance with Public Health guidelines.

Q: Can I purchase single-match tickets?

Not at this time.

For now, only season ticket members will have access to LAFC tickets. We hope to resume single match ticket sales as our capacity increases to accommodate more guests safely.

Q: I am a season ticket member. How do I get my tickets?

Season ticket members received an email on April 6 with instructions on how to opt in for tickets for the 2021 LAFC season. To attend games, season ticket members must opt in by Thursday April 8th at 5:00PM (PDT) for the 2021 LAFC season. Members who opt in will be assigned seats based on their membership tenure. If you opted in by the deadline and are not selected for one of the first two home matches, then your place in line will be adjusted accordingly, increasing your priority for subsequent matches.

Because of capacity limits, members may receive a reduced number of tickets for a match. Members will receive at least two tickets (unless members have one seat on their accounts).

If you elect to opt in, your tickets will automatically be uploaded to your account in the days leading up to the match for which you are selected. Upon receiving your tickets, you will also separately receive an email with detailed protocols and procedures for the game.

Q: What happens if I opt in for tickets this season, but I do not receive tickets for a match? Will I be charged for those matches I cannot attend?

You will not be charged for any 2021 LAFC home matches that are played with limited capacity that you are not selected for. The appropriate credit will be applied to your Season Membership for the 2022 season.

Q: If I do not opt in – does that mean I am opting out for the entire season.

Not necessarily. You are opting out for only upcoming matches that are limited capacity.

Q: Does opting out of matches with limited capacity impact my membership seats in the future or when the stadium returns to full capacity?

No. Your 2021 LAFC membership and seats will not be affected or changed. When we are able to return to full capacity matches at the Banc, your season seat location will remain unchanged. If you are interested in making changes to your membership, you can do that during the renewal period later this year.

Q: If I opt in and have tickets for a specific match, but am unable to attend, will I be able to resell or transfer my tickets?

Yes. If you are unable to attend a match you have tickets for, then you will be able to transfer or resell your tickets.
