LAFC officially kicked-off preseason training today, Sunday, Jan. 8 at the LAFC Performance Center ahead of the 2023 MLS Regular Season.

The 2022 MLS Cup Champions and Supporters’ Shield winners are preparing for their sixth season in MLS. Since entering the league 2018, LAFC leads the league in total regular season wins (79), points (273) and goals scored (319).

LAFC will host in-person and virtual media availability to introduce the Club’s newest players, Stipe Biuk, Aaron Long, and Denil Maldonado on Monday, Jan. 9 at 2:00 P.M. PT at BMO Stadium. Media interested in attending in person are required to RSVP to and will receive a confirmation reply.

The Club’s 2023 preseason schedule includes five matches, with LAFC hosting Real Salt Lake on Jan. 21 and New York City FC on Jan. 28. The Black & Gold will then travel to Indio, CA to face D.C. United on Feb. 6 and Toronto FC on Feb. 11 in the Coachella Invitational. LAFC will host their final preseason match vs. San Diego Loyal on Feb. 18 before the 2023 season opening match against the Galaxy on Feb. 25 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA.
