LAFC came from behind to earn a 1-1 tie against Minnesota United FC in Saint Paul on Tuesday night. LAFC’s 19-8-4 record (61 points) is still the best in the Western Conference, and the Black & Gold can clinch the top seed in the West this week if Austin FC lose or draw to Real Salt Lake on Wednesday night.

LAFC fell behind just before the half when Brent Kallman scored for the Loons in the 45th minute giving the home team a 1-0 lead going into halftime.
Carlos Vela leveled the score with a signature left footed blast that found the back of the net from distance in the 64th minute.
