LAFC today announced a new partnership with 1800® Tequila, the world’s most awarded tequila brand and number one premium tequila in the U.S. 1800 will be designated as the Official Tequila of the Club, marking the brand’s first Major League Soccer partnership.

1800 Tequila joins LAFC’s dynamic and diverse community, bringing the best taste in tequila and in life to LAFC games and at-home celebrations. Throughout the season, 1800 Tequila will grant LAFC fans first-class access to exciting experiences and sweepstakes opportunities, such as player meet-and-greets, an owner and coach Q&A, private stadium tours and autographed memorabilia. 1800 Tequila will also have exclusive marketing rights in the tequila category at LAFC home games, including the right to advertise in Banc of California Stadium’s “Sunset Deck”. The world’s most awarded tequila family has created an 1800 Reposado premium cocktail called “Black and Gold Margarita” inspired by the LAFC Club colors which fans may be able to enjoy at upcoming games. Additional integrations include “Fan Fest” activations and LED signage inside and around Banc of California Stadium.

LAFC, which played its first season as an expansion team in the city of Los Angeles in 2018, has become one of the most successful clubs in Major League Soccer. Proximo Spirits is proud to additionally announce Bushmills Irish Whiskey, from the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery, has been named the Official Whiskey of the team, and California’s own Hangar 1 Vodka has been designated as the Official Vodka partner.
