LAFC earned its seventh victory at Banc of California Stadium after downing the Galaxy 2-0 on Sunday afternoon behind goals from forwards Danny Musovski and Carlos Vela. The 2019 MLS MVP made his first appearance since August 22 and just his fourth in MLS this season. Defender Tristan Blackmon also played the final 13 minutes of the game after missing the past seven contests with a hamstring injury.


The Black & Gold get set to host the Houston Dynamo on Wednesday, October 28 (7:30 p.m. PT; YouTube TV, Estrella TV, ESPN LA 710 AM, KFWB 980 AM). After 19 matches, the Club sits in 4th place in the Western Conference with 28 points (8-7-4) and will qualify to the 2020 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs with a win on Wednesday and losses by Vancouver Whitecaps FC and LA Galaxy.
